Health Guarantee We take pleasure in the fact of sending out healthy happy puppies. The likelyhood of someone receiving a sick puppy is very small because of the fact that we have them checked by our veterinarian just before leaving us. It is normal (and your own veterinarian will tell you) for a puppy to develop a case of loose bowels or coccidiosis because of a major change in his life, and merely the trip of coming to you. That is one reason it is good for you to have him checked upon arrival. Your veterinarian can help your puppy come through it just fine in a few days if that happens. This puppy will have been seen by a veterinarian and issued a health certificate before being released to the buyer. Beth's Bullmastiff Puppies guarantees this puppy to be in general good health and free of any communicable disease for five working days. If the puppy is found to be of unsatisfactory health (through the examination of a veterinarian at the option and expense of the buyer), the seller shall reimburse the buyer for the treatment of the disease up to but not exceeding the price of the puppy. For reimbursement, The buyer needs to produce a veterinarian statement saying the condition was contracted before shipping. If the treatment exceeds the cost of the puppy the seller shall, (provided living dog and it's registration papers are returned) replace the dog with the next available like prospect. The vet check and diagnosis are the responsibility of the buyer since every puppy should be checked by a veterinarian upon arrival. If the puppy is too sick to be returned, he must either be spayed, or put down and his registration papers returned , and proof given to the seller, before reimbursement. This animal is guaranteed to be free of life altering congenital disorders for one year from date of birth. For owner to receive replacement puppy the sick puppy must be returned to Beth's Bullmastiff Puppies accompanied by AKC papers and a written veterinarian statement describing the health condition. If the puppy dies, a replacement will be offered provided the owner sends Beth's Bullmastiff Puppies a veterinarians autopsy report stating a congenital defect caused the death. This health guarantee does not cover if the puppy is injured by accident, neglect, abuse, or if problems arise as a result of breeding, nor do we guarantee compatibility with your current pets. Owner also agrees to provide the puppy with preventive care, including but not limited to dewormings, vaccines, heartworm treatment, and vet checks. Owner also agrees to provide puppy with adequate living conditions and a healthy diet. Health guarantee will be voided if animal is sold, transferred or given away unless previously discussed and agreed upon with Beth's Bullmastiff Puppies. This agreement is binding upon parties hereto, their heirs, successors and assigns, and shall be governed in accordance with the laws of the state of NE. Any legal actions or disputes will be resolved in the county of the seller. This is the final agreement. All other agreements are merged into this agreement. Any further agreements will be in writing. All transportation expenses are the responsibility of the buyer. We will gladly provide phone and email support for the life of your pet. If for any reason at any time you are unable to care for him,/her he/she is always welcome back.
By signing this health guarantee you accept all terms and conditions of this contract.
